Obnox Stomp has become John Fairhurst’s signature tune of late, even Tom Robinson himself sounded exhusted as the last notes faded from the airways of his latest BBC Radio 6 Introducing Podcast: “Blimey! That’s an amazing piece of music! What power and originality and freshness, a wonderful thing!”
I wonder just how much Robinson would boogie if John dropped by the studio to play live….it’s a hoedown Tom, and you’re invited!  I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Obnox Stomptious!
